Delivery Information

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. Whilst we endeavour to only list items that we have in stock at any one time on the website, we may occasionally run out of some items during busy periods.  If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK.   We do accept orders from international customers, but please contact us first to ascertain shipping times and charges to your particular country. (Please note: by law, we may not be allowed to ship certain items overseas).

3. Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) of the date of your order, except bank holidays.  

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only although please be assured, we make every effort to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments, if this keeps postal charges to a minimum.  In order to be as eco friendly as possible, Hill House Llamas use recycled packaging as much as possible.

4. Delivery Instructions

Please let us know at the point of ordering (or straight afterwards via email) if you have any specific delivery instructions that we should be aware of. 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are set to a flat rate of £3.95 per order and will be added automatically to your order.  Orders over £50.00 will be sent free of charge.  Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your basket, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges before you add the item(s) to your shopping basket.

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, or to the contents please take photographs as evidence and contact us immediately.
